We offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your course enrollment. If you're not satisfied with the course, simply request a refund and we'll process it immediately.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 30 days of enrollment
- You have accessed the course content
- You are requesting a refund directly from GrownFox
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at refunds@grownfox.com with:
- Your name and email address associated with your account
- The course you enrolled in
- The date of enrollment
- A brief reason for the refund request (optional)
3. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for enrollment.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Refund request made more than 30 days after enrollment
- Duplicate payments (we'll provide a credit instead)
- Refund requests made through third-party payment processors with different policies
- Promotional or discounted course purchases with explicit non-refundable terms
5. Bulk Enrollment Refunds
For corporate bulk enrollments, the 30-day refund policy applies only to the first 10 enrollees per organization. Additional terms may apply for corporate accounts.
6. Course Postponement or Cancellation
If GrownFox postpones or cancels a course after you've enrolled, we will:
- Notify you immediately via email
- Offer to transfer you to another upcoming batch of the same course
- Provide a full refund if you prefer not to enroll in the rescheduled batch
7. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content, please contact our support team at support@grownfox.com before requesting a refund. We will work to resolve the issue.
